1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Ship The Week (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.
2. Accounts
- Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
- Age: You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
- Billing: The Service offers Free, Monthly, and Lifetime Access plans. Payments are processed via Stripe.
- Refund Policy: We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all paid plans (including Lifetime Deals). If you are not satisfied, contact support@https://www.google.com/search?q=shiptheweek.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Intellectual Property
- Our Content: The Service and its original content (code, design, “Ship The Week” brand) are and will remain the exclusive property of Ship The Week.
- Your Content: You retain ownership of the data (tasks, goals, habits) you enter into the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the system.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the software.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Ship The Week, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to use the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
